























No. This is coaching and integration work, and it isn't a substitute for medical or mental health care. Plenty of our clients have a therapist, and we support their work in therapy. We will also work directly with your physician and therapist if needed.

If your previous work was behavior-based, this operates at a different level. Many of our clients have years of therapy behind them and describe this as the thing that finally moved the root.
