Melanie taught me that healing wasn’t about fixing myself. It was about learning to feel safe within myself. Through practices like heart coherence, gentle inner child work, and simple daily rituals that helped me reconnect with my body, I began relating to myself in an entirely new way. She helped me understand that my body wasn’t working against me. It was communicating with me. For the first time, I stopped asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and started asking, “What do I need?” She never handed me answers or told me who I should be. Instead, she created a space where I could become curious about myself, reconnect with my own inner wisdom, and begin relating to myself with compassion instead of criticism. One of the greatest gifts she gave me was helping me understand that I didn’t need to earn my worth or fix every broken piece before I could be whole. I learned to trust myself again, to listen inward instead of constantly looking outward. Life is still life. I still experience grief, uncertainty, and hard seasons. But I move through them differently now, with greater self-awareness, more peace, and a deeper trust in myself than I ever thought possible. Melanie didn’t just teach me healing practices. She taught me how to become someone I could come home to. That has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

Before working with Mel, I was used to being strong, capable, and taking care of everyone else while quietly falling apart beneath the surface. I was overwhelmed and had become disconnected from myself. Mel is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. She is smart, compassionate, genuine, down to earth, wise, and incredibly loving. She has the biggest heart, and her presence is so healing. She has helped me see myself and others in a different light, with more compassion and understanding, and has helped me begin to let go of limiting and painful beliefs that I had carried for a long time. My relationships have become stronger, and I’m able to show up for the people I love most as more of my truest self. I am a better person for having met her. I’m still on my healing journey, but I feel more connected to myself and more whole. I truly hope she shares her gifts with as many people as possible, because the world needs more of what Mel brings to it 🤍

I truly feel so grateful that our paths crossed with Mel. I first reached out to her in early 2026 at a time when I felt desperate to find something that could help my son, Tyler. We had tried traditional therapy, EMDR, medication, and other avenues, but I still felt like we were searching for something different. From the first time I met Mel, I felt completely comfortable with her. She listened, never judged, and made both Tyler and me feel supported throughout the entire process. You can tell immediately how much she genuinely cares about the people she works with. Now, just one month after Tyler completed his journey, the changes we have seen in him have been incredible. He is thriving, and it’s not just something I notice as his mom, but also our entire family sees it. He has also been off his medications for six weeks, which has been a huge milestone for him. What I appreciate most about Mel is that her support didn’t end when his journey did. The integration and continued guidance she provides have been such an important part of the process, and she has truly been there for Tyler every step of the way. I will forever be grateful that we found Mel when we did. I cannot recommend her enough for her knowledge, compassion, support, and simply the person she is. She has made such a meaningful difference in Tyler’s life and in our family.

I never realized how much peace and love I could create for myself until I went through this integration program. Before I began this journey, I felt like inner love and peace was unattainable for me. My past and current trauma in my life took up so much space in my mind and in my heart, it was hard to see any light. Going through this integration program, I have learned trauma doesn’t have to be something you learn to live with—it’s something you learn to love yourself through. I have been able to really see the person I am inside and have learned to love that person with all my heart. I have found a true inner peace for myself and I have started to share that peace with the ones I love the most. Through this integration I have learned that “I Create,” and that is a beautiful, amazing thing!

I've been on my self-awareness journey with Mel for almost five years. When I was 54, I reached a point where all of the trauma I'd been carrying finally caught up with me. I was suicidal and on the verge of losing my marriage. Finding this program felt nothing short of divine intervention. It was the kind of guidance I'd been searching for my entire life. Mel has helped me reconnect with the love that was always inside me but had been buried beneath years of pain and trauma. For the first time in my life, I can truly show myself and others the love and compassion that was always there. I'm no longer defined by my past. Today, I know who I am. I'm a strong, loving, compassionate man who will continue to change my generational trauma.

I had the opportunity to work with Melanie and her team to overcome some personal issues I had been dealing with for a long time. She is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and from the very first session I felt truly understood and comfortable opening up. Melanie is outstanding at what she does, and the methods she uses are ideal for anyone struggling with challenges they haven’t been able to resolve on their own. I really appreciate the effort she’s put into building a practice where this kind of work can happen. It was a great opportunity for me, and I recommend her to anyone.

My work with Melanie has been truly life changing. She’s supported and guided me every step of the way, and there’s no one I’d trust more with this kind of work. She’s kind, thoughtful, understanding, and has a spiritual presence that’s genuinely hard to put into words. She’s changed the way I understand myself and the world, and I’ll always be grateful for that. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for real, meaningful change.

My time working with Melanie has changed my life completely. I've struggled with my mental health for years, constantly teetering on the edge of life and death. My parents tried everything, from councilors to treatments to antidepressants, but nothing worked. They finally heard about Melanie, and I agreed to trying her therapy without much knowledge of her work. I was surprised with how she went about her work — it was gentle and calming. My nervous system calmed down enough for me to talk about some of the hardest things I've been through. Things I hadn't shared with anyone else before. I felt so comfortable in my vulnerability with her. She felt trustworthy. The next day I looked outside, and smiled for the first time in months. The sky was beautiful. I wanted to live. Her work is life changing. I am doing so much better thanks to her. Of course 💖 you showed me that life is so worth living. I have an amazing husband and my reptile babies, and my leg is healing because we found the right doctor. You helped me save myself 💛

At 10 years old, I watched my grandfather murder both of my parents before he turned the gun on me. He shot me and nearly killed me. I survived that day, but for almost 40 years, my nervous system continued living as though the gun were still pointed at me trapped in fear, bracing for the next loss, and fighting to stay alive. Yet I didn't stop living. I intentionally built a beautiful life a 26-year marriage, eight incredible children, and a large, successful business. I became a high performer. I built businesses, read the books, attended the seminars, went to church, learned the systems, and used achievement, control, faith, and sheer willpower to push through almost anything. These things brought real beauty, wisdom, and success into my life but I was still outsourcing my safety, worth, and wholeness, searching outside myself for something that could finally make me okay. None of it could reach the trauma buried inside me or stop it from erupting like a volcano through depression, anxiety, anger, fear, and PTSD responses that affected how I led, loved, and lived. My life already held real beauty, success, love, and freedom. I wasn't trying to throw any of that away. I simply began to sense that even more might be available: more love, more joy, more peace, more freedom and the ability to remain present with pain, suffering, and sorrow without being ruled by fear or survival. I had a choice: continue living the way I always had or step into something I didn't yet understand. At first, integration sounded like another intriguing program a system I could study and master to get more of what I wanted. But integration isn't something you learn or achieve. It's something you go through. Melanie guided me as I learned to feel the full mile the grief, terror, rage, loneliness, and pain my body had protected me from for decades. This wasn't another strategy for performing better. It became an entirely new way of living. It required the death of the belief that I must perform, control, or earn someone else's approval to be okay. Melanie guided me into something deeper: I am safe. I am enough. I am love. I Am in choice and I create. These aren't things I have to become or find outside myself. They have always been within me. I'm learning to sit with the frightened and hurting parts of myself to listen to them, love and parent them, and allow them to rest. The more I stay with them, the more they trust me and the less they unconsciously rule my life. I am not perfect, and I am not finished. I still feel pain, sorrow, grief, fear, and sadness, but I'm learning not to abandon myself in any of it. After almost 40 years of fighting myself, Melanie has guided me back to who I have always been: tender, whole, filled with faith, hope, love, and childlike wonder. I am safe. I am enough. I am home. Welcome home. 🥲

I was introduced to Mel during the darkest time I can remember. My life was being turned upside down in all aspects: religion, career, family, friends — and I even started seriously questioning my mental health. I had experienced different modalities of therapy up to that point and none gave me the ability to cope with the situation I had found myself in for months. I didn't know when I reached out to Mel for help, I was taking the first step on a journey that I will gladly travel for the rest of my life. Mel literally opened my mind, creating a space for me to learn and experience what mental and emotional health feels and looks like. It wasn't immediately one definitive moment, but a small win after small win. I was understanding and analyzing my emotions and thoughts one by one. Slowly and steadily unpacking a lifetime of not really feeling or experiencing anything good or bad. Mel walked with me through the changes that I was experiencing daily. I believe I can now experience what comes in life — expected, unexpected, good and bad — head on. I can actually feel every emotion and experience and see how it makes my life so beautiful and a gift. I still experience hard days as much as anyone else, but I can ground myself and make it through with the tools and perspectives Mel helped me develop and integrate during this wonderful journey. Amen 🙏🏼

When I began this program, I knew I had trauma I wanted to work through, but I didn't realize how many unconscious patterns were still shaping my life. I had spent years pushing through and surviving without truly understanding what was happening beneath the surface. This work gave me something I hadn't found before. I've slowly developed compassion for myself, practical tools, and the safety to heal at my own pace. Instead of trying to become someone new, I slowly became more myself. The biggest surprise has been how far this work has reached: it has changed the way I show up as a wife, a mother, a friend, and a business owner. I am passing the tools I've learned down to my children by parenting with more awareness. I communicate differently and feel more grounded, even when life is inevitably still hard. The work has touched every area of my life in ways I never expected. Healing isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming free. I'm incredibly grateful for this program and the guidance I received, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is ready to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change.

Melanie changed my life… and she did it in such a beautiful, kind, supportive way. She has a gift for lovingly seeing the part inside us that needs healing—usually a part we can't see ourselves (maybe because it's buried too deep, or it's a part we've rejected), and then she gently and patiently guides us toward light and self-acceptance. There's no judgement, no shame, just compassion and understanding. She didn't fix me, but she opened the door to the path forward, a path of great healing that I couldn't have found without her guidance. She is a gift… if you ever get the chance to work with her, take it!
